The results of Newsweek’s survey, America’s Best Customer Service 2019, are in — and here are the beauty brands that scored one of the top three spots in two retail categories — online and brick-and-mortar.

Newsweek says its team worked with global research firm Statista to collect and analyze data across 141 retail categories. The compiled rankings reveal the best customer-service companies in the U.S.

In the category “Online Retailers — Perfume and Cosmetics, Online” the top three companies are Avon, Clinique, and Tare Cosmetics.

In the category, “Brick-and-Mortar Retailers — Perfume and Cosmetics” the top three companies are MAC, Sephora, and Bath and Body Works.
